The tablet will not start
These steps are there to help you diagnose why your tablet will not boot.
- Is there power on the tablet?
- Check that the charger is the one that came with the tablet or one that is powerful enough.
The charger must be at least 5 volts 2 amps.- If you need a new one, check out our list of alternative chargers for Lenovo tablets.
- Is the USB charging cable intact and firmly attached to the tablet?
- Try replacing the cable with another one you have lying around.
- Check that the charger is the one that came with the tablet or one that is powerful enough.
- Perform a hard restart by holding down the ON button for about 10-15 seconds, until the Lenovo logo appears on the screen.
