What do I get if I buy Ageto?
You get a complete Norwegian-developed digital solution for internal control with integrated functions for IK Mat and shift planning. Included in the package are necessary hardware, software and temperature sensors. The system can be easily operated anytime and anywhere, from PC, tablet and mobile phone.
How much does it cost?

Do I need prior knowledge?
Ageto is easy to install and manage, very user-friendly, clear and intuitive, and requires minimal training. The temperature sensors can be mounted where you want. We assist you free of charge with assembly and installation, and help you with the setup to be able to use the system.
What alerts can I receive?
You choose whether you want automatic notification by SMS or e-mail in the event of errors and deviations. You can also use the notification function on individual tasks and tasks.
How does check-in and check-out work?
We offer various solutions for check-in and check-out. Included in the package solution is check-in and check-out on tablets. If, when the last employee leaves the premises for the day, there are still unresolved tasks, the person in question will be notified of this. The system can report all check-in and check-out in a specified period. To satisfy the tax authorities' requirements, these overviews are not editable.
Do I need extra equipment?
No. The Ageto package contains everything you need; sensors, gateway and tablet.
We also supply WI-FI setup or 4G router if you need this.
How long do the sensors last?
The battery in the temperature sensors lasts for about 3 years, depending on environmental factors
What do I do if the equipment is damaged or damaged?
Send info about the injury to support@ageto.no, and we will contact you about the way forward.
I own several restaurants and outlets. How is it solved?
It is completely unproblematic! Ageto is tailored to be able to monitor data from several locations. For example, if you have several restaurants, you only need one user to be able to take full advantage of Ageto. You can order as many sensors and receivers as you want.
How many users can I have?
Ageto is designed for an unlimited number of users. The general manager or another administrator will have full system access, while other employees have limited access to the dashboard solution, e.g. to see the roster, holiday lists, etc.
What do I do if the Norwegian Food Safety Authority comes to control?
You can take it easy and offer a cup of coffee. With Ageto, you always have full control and an overview of your critical control points. In the document archive you have stored all history, and with a few simple keystrokes you will be able to easily retrieve all relevant documentation. The system is blocked for access to edit the reports, so that the supervisory authorities have confidence that all data is real.
What's wrong with pen and paper?
There is nothing wrong with pen and paper. Apart from the fact that it is cumbersome, outdated and time consuming, and that it can easily be misplaced or destroyed, that you have to make backups yourself, and that a manual system is generally more vulnerable to inattention and tampering. With Ageto, your reports and documents are stored safely and securely. The system automatically backs up every day, is designed to keep paperwork to a minimum and helps you devote more time to your core business.

Does it cost to receive SMS notification?
Yes, notifications by SMS cost 49 øre per piece.
The SMSs are invoiced annually in arrears.
Do the temperature sensors log even if my tablet is turned off?
Yes, the sensors log independently of the tablet.
All that is required for the sensors to log is that the receiver, the silver-colored box, is connected to power and the Internet.
