Manage temperature alerts in Ageto
Manage temperature alerts
Turn temperature warning on and off by SMS and / or e-mail
Add alert for an area:
- Go to Temperature control = > Temperature ranges in the Admin panel.
(https://portal.ageto.no/ifc1/tempTableWeekly.xhtml) - Click on the temperature range you want alerts from.
- Under Responsible Employees = > Add Responsible Employee select the person to be notified in the drop-down menu.
- Then check if the person should have SMS, e-mail or XMPP notification.
- Click save changes at the top right.
Remove alert for an area:
- Go to Temperature control = > Temperature ranges in the Admin panel.
(https://portal.ageto.no/ifc1/tempTableWeekly.xhtml) - Click on the temperature range you want alerts from.
- Under Responsible Employees = > Add Responsible Employee, uncheck the person who will no longer have notification.
- Click save changes at the top right.
You can alternatively cross off the entire line to the person who should not have notification, but remember to save.
Change phone number and email for notification:
To change the phone number or email the notification is sent to, the user’s contact information must be updated.
It is possible to create a new user that is only used for notification. We then recommend disabling check-in so that it does not appear on the tablet.
