How to reset Lenovo tablet

1. IMPORTANT: Check your current google account
Check if your google account is one of the ones we have the password for:
agetonettbrett1@gmail.com, agetonettbrett@gmail.com, nettbrett@ageto.no
If it is not one of these, it must be one you have control over.
IMPORTANT: If you reset your tablet without the google account password, your tablet will become unusable.
2. Reset the tablet
To reset your tablet, follow these instructions or watch the video.
- Turn off the tablet
- Hold down the volume up and on buttons at the same time
- When the Lenovo logo displays the release button.
- When the Android logo appears, release the volume-up button.
- Use the volume button to highlight the “Wipe data / factory reset” option and the on button to make the selection.
- Select Yes.
- Restart the tablet.
3. Set up the tablet again
- Go through Google onboarding, if you want to use our Google account contact support.
- You do not need to set up a Lenovo account
- Download the Kiosk Browser and TeamViewer Host apps from the Google Play Store
- Log in to TeamViewer Host. Contact support for username and password
- Open Kiosk-Browser and accept all the requirements for access in Android
- Go to settings and set change these settings:
- General > Kiosk URL = https://portal.ageto.no/mobile/check.xhtml
- General > Kiosk Title = Ageto
- General > Time out = 15 minutes
- Toolbar > Browser Control = Av
- Page & Content > Clear Cache = off
- Page & Content > Clear Cookies = of
- Exit settings
